Wheel nuts

Quick question please chaps:
I'm using nyloc wheel nuts to bolt my standard rims together & to hubs.
Should I use flat washer, spring washer, nyloc or leave out the spring washer and just use a flat washer & a nyloc?
Cheers.

On my lambretta the studs aren't long enough to use Nyloc and spring washers so I don't bother with a washer at all.
I check em everyday....on all my scoots.

Nylon & flat washer I'd say. :)

I use 'Nord-lock' washers as they are less likely to work loose and also use shallow depth nyloc nuts.

Also use these on cylinder head studs

Cheers all :fb:
I'll ditch the spring washers & have a look at these NordLocks as well.
Thanks.

I use Nordlock washers on my sip tubeless.they seem to be doing the job.

With all the stories about loose wheel nuts lately I'm suffering from wheel nut paranoia..

I never used to bother before, but I ALWAYS use my torque wrench now aswell
