What's the difference between an TS1 225 cylinder head and a 225 cylinder head off an cast iron cylinder ?

head needs to be profiled to suit the piston used so dont be fooled into buying an off the shelf item, get one machined to suit your piston profile and desired cr ,

i beg to differ as the heads i have had from af definately didnt match the profile of the asso pistons

My choice is always (on 6 TS1 rebuild now) to have a SIL 200 or AF modified by someone who know what they are doing - my choice been Chiselspeed or MB
