Two of my Lambrettas start up fairly quickly from cold, even if left for a few weeks. But the other two take some kicking over. But once warm, will fire up after only 1 kick.
With these two rouge scooters, all the electrics/timing are spot on and a good spark. Fuel flow and general carb settings are also OK. But, in my pursuit of really getting to grip with carbs, I wonder should I increase the choke jet size. Now befoer I go out and buy some more jets, can anyone else comment.
Current choke is a 50 in a Dellorto SH2/22 - standard GP200 engine
Other is a 50 in a PHBH 30 and Rapido classic 200
Cheers Paul

Firstly check that cable operation is functioning correct and you could buy a single 60 choke first and try it on both scooters on separate days..
