posting this for a mate whose near completing a rebuild of a bike the pikeys nicked last year and we got back(in a mess)

race rapido 225
34 flatslide dellorto
pm pipe
basically im looking for a good jetting starting point to get him going as i couldnt find anything similar in the carb section

Hope this helps as a starting point:

Rapido 250 Race (home tune), 34mm VHSB, Jahspeed GR4 pipe.

Main: 140 (might actually want higher as loose rivvets on a BGM stator were causing a y.o.t. stutter b4 i discovered the problem: I'll take it up till til 4 strokes and drop to next lower and keep this post up-dated over the weekend).

Needle: K24 clip 2

Atomizer: DP266

Pilot: 40

I ditched the 'emulsion tube'

Very happy with performance
