MikuniTM 34 with powerjet

I have a pair of TM 34 off a Aprilla RS250 marked L & R the L being left runs a 270 main 55 power jet thr R right runs a 280 main 50 power jet, Im unsure off the needle sizes though they re both different, just wanted to know how I could modify one to make it run on my scoot. im running a 34 Dellorto at moment with a cast barrel and a suzuki weico piston works out at 204cc, with a fran speed pipe.
