Just put some new rubbers on scoot, havnt fitted panels yet but the rubber rolls away from the frame if that makes sense. They are casa jobbies, anybody know of a way of making the rubber stay close to the frame as think when try and put panel on they will roll under.
Hope that makes sense will get a picture of what i mean if not.

Did think about hot water and maybe masking tape in place, then as they cool may go into new shape.
cheers

do the hot water thing, then put the panels on straight away, then they'll be sure to go to the shape required as they cool.

I tried Casa, ScootRS and Scooter Restorations for panel rubbers. The Casa ones were absolute shite and never got them fitted correctly, unbelievably bad

. ScootRS were okay but very wide above the panel. My advice is Scooter Restorations every time.
