Scootrs disc , am I missing something

Hi, I have an old Scootrs ( I think) outboard disc that I aquired a couple of years ago. Thing is, it wasn't together when I bought it, just a bag of bits. Also the disc and caliper weren't with it so I picked up a pit bike disc and caliper and master cylinder off ebay that fitted. Any way I'm at the stage of doing a dry build and I've put it together and something isn't right. In order of assembly I have the spindle then from the hub side, a large top hat spacer, oil seal, circlip, bearing, long spindle spacer, bearing, oil seal, small oil seal spacer to go in the oil seal (plain) and then the speedo housing. I havent fitted the speedo drive onto the hub but the worm drive is in the speedo housing. There are 2 thin half nuts as well. The speedo housing doesn't seem right. Is there supposed to be another top hat style spacer after the oil seal on this side, that the housing rests against to space it out from the hub or does it rest against the speedo drive when fitted to the hub which would mean it rubbing against the inside of the speedo housing. The speedo housing is sitting too deep and fouling the heads of the cap heads holding the disc to the hub and also the housing rocks. These are normal hex cap heads with spring washers underneath so dont sit extremely high. So basicallty I'm asking is there a top hat missing. I hope this makes sense. Thanks Tony

Thanks for the replies, is the spacer the same as this one

If so then I think this is what I'm missing. At the moment I only have the small plain spacer that you would have in a normal drum brake.

Wish I'd have seen this last night as I had one apart. I'll have a look on Sunday or Monday when I get a chance. I recall a short spacer tube, just don't recall it having a lip on it, then again I can't remember what I had for my dinner.
