Bought this old jet from Perry at totally scooters last year. Was on the look out for an SX200 but nothing at the time available. Did at one time consider building a look alike, however decided its still a Lambretta will keep it as it is. basically stripped it down replaced all cables, electrics etc. Rebuilt engine again all new internals, did intend to put a TS1 however someone at AF persuaded me to by an RB22. Kits now been on for a year and a half now the only problems being clutch related. Now fitted withe a Foxhat and touch wood all seems ok
gave it to a mate in pieces 10 weeks ago, just the panels and rear runners to collect this weekend.A few sutble changes, rear light housing changed, matts replaced with runners. The pictures dont do this any justice, Has a marble effect finish which i will try and get a better pic of when the sun comes out.
Its now a rolling project as i work away from home and on my next rotation me and some work mates are doing spot of touring in France, will see how the RB fairs against a 1300 Harley. When the trips finished will get remainder of parts to finish her of.
Thanks to shocky for the light switch rewired and works a treat mate,a little scabby looking but what the hell.
cheers for looking
Leigh

looking good, I bet the paint effects do show more in the metal.
I think it'll show up the harley rather well
glad you didn't try and make it look Italian.
Spanish scooters rock.
and yes, that badge you gave me does suit my scooter more [it's now rivetted on the bridge piece]

yeah, I agree. looks classy. it's subtle too, so you don't really notice at first, which is a sign of good attention to detail.
a mate has done that on his GP and it works really well.
