Stage 4 200, will pull SX gearing no problem, might get better results with a better pipe to reach a few more revs.

Ive got a similar set up . Std Jet 200 engine and barrel, clubman and 26mm phbh with remote filter, in an S1 pulls like a train , but wont go much over 60/65 mph. i guess an expansion would let it rev on more than the clubman. loverly to ride around suburban roads but struggles a bit on duel carrage roads etc.

I ran my GP200 for years with standard SX200 gearing, using a an AF 200 Stage 4 barrel with the tranfer ports in the top of the casing opened up to match. It breathed through a 25mm Dellorto with a standard air filter. and had a 42mm RS clubman exhaust. It went really well one up, but you had to slip the clutch to pull away 2 up when loaded with luggage. In many ways I prefered it to the Rapido 225 set up I'm using now.
