hi guys giving my t5 classic a revamp end of season want some form of cooling vent/nents cutting engine side pannal any ideas and anybody willing to do it

Might be easier -and probably cheaper unless you've got access to a metal workshop- to buy a new LML 4T p-range panel from someone like eddy bullet?

want the cut out on the side so it feeds cool air towards the carb as ime running a foam fiter not air hose

could cut what is called a naca duct -

in to top edge to give air where you want it .. theres a bit of science to it which works to you advantage regarding air flow
but easy to cut in to any panel

You can get the shaped underneath bit from car mod places.
