Always liked the look of 50`s Vespas and a few years ago i brought this
Image

Now i was thinking of going down this route with it...
Image
but the motor is so smooth and has such a cool feel that is different to any scooter ive ridden so the origiginal motor stays but although not the quickest thing in the scootering world,it revs out really well but could still do with some more grunt. It came apart anyway.

A stub manifold was made to allow a PX carb but in the end i thought it looked clumsy and am restricted on room so will just get it back up n running and maybe convert this to take a Tillotson carb.

Swinging arm is seperate on this and it cleaned up well.

Think ive got all it covered here.

Front hub carefully rebuilt.

Image
Jerome at Readspeed knocked this up for it to get rid of the breakgfast bowl it had from original.

Image
Ive had 4 pole Lambretta light before and i thought they were bad untill i rode this home from our club meeting one night,i needed an escort home  so invested in this bit of kit
