Mag flange damage - second opinion please

I think I know the answer........ but
I was stripping an old Li150 lump at the weekend and found this damage to the outer "o" seal seating. What do you reckon, replace it or risk it?

if just a chip i would use but it looks cracked aswell so i would say bin it and get a indian replacement
saves loads of hassle in future for little outlay
