There’s a lot of work gone into it, I would be very interested to know how it runs...I am running a standard Indian stage 4, 30mm Dellorto &JL3 and that pulls 70mph and is a total joy to ride.

I`m running the scooterotica 150cc that mick Abbey tuned as a test run. I`m running it with a cheapo 57.6mm piston 1.5mm rings,28mm pbhb open mouth,jl3, Li150 gearbox 46x15.
It pulls really well in 1st 3 gears, can ring the nuts off it in 3rd and it`ll do 55mph(gps) and I`ve had 70mph(gps,as speedo only goes to 60!) in 4th with a slight backwind.
So looking at your set up mnpes and the fact its a 200cc you should see very good results.
Had it dyno`d with Dan and it was kicking out around 12bhp which is more than some 200`s. I then sent barrel back to mick for more work,I`ve had it dyno`d again but my stator plate decided to come loose and fcuk it up(foookin gutted i was)

I`ve now done 4000 miles on it so it is also very reliable, apart from my bolting above said stator down enough.
Don`t ask me about port timings you`ll have to give mick a call, but be warned the man can talk for England.
cheers ove.
