TS1 230 NK Road Exhaust 35mm Mikuni
350 main
55 needle second clip down
25 pilot
mixture screw 2 turns out
Splutters at quarter throttle then goes like f@@k,ive played around with pilot jets and mixture screw and still no luck.Started off with 17.5 pilot which was to lean and unridable going up to
27.5 which was too rich moved down to 25 pilot which performed the best, splutter still there but not as bad.

Not sure if there is a no.7 slide and if there was you can bet it would be expensive 
A mate has a Mikuni 32 on his TS1 that was set up at Chiselspeed and I noticed Martin had ground a bit out of the slide cut-away to let more air in but the 35's slide looks like it can't be modified. Have you tried a larger needle instead of the 55 ? I have a 57 in mine and it still stutters at 1/4 throttle but a 58 is too weak.
