to get around some exhaust clearance issues i'm going to fit a sidestand. the frame is already painted so ideally it will involve no welding.
what type are you running?

Which exhaust have you got buddy? I had nightmares with an AF 42mm from Rayspeed on my spanish Ser.80 Jet which I ended up selling on. Took stand off and dry bent very carefully, enough to clear a new Ancillotti sito which was ever so slightly narrower....I considered a side stand but only the ones that you can bolt onto the existing stand to avoid drilling the legshields. Good luck!!
Cheers

I had to finely fettle a scootrs with a lump hammer to get it clear my rear strut when fitted to a mugello
It was impossible to fit with the standard barrel, maybe just a bad one?
