Following on from Dans post about Agustos and CDIs (didn't want to Hijack ).

I am going to fit my Agusto this week, the only thing I'm not sure about is my CDI, I have a blue one fitted labelled as Ducati and one on my shelf thats black and again marked up Ducati.

Are there any differences between the two - I'm guessing the black one to be older and therefore more likely to be more reliable?ie not a cheap version or copy?

Any thoughts?

i use the black Ducati with an Agusto on my race bike.
