If I'm running a 12V electronic ignition kit in AC, with the BGM regulator, can you just plug into the DC output to power things?
I'd like to stay AC for the rest of the scoot and I'd like to get a gps speedo.

Yep apparently you can... You might want to run the dc feed to a battery just to smooth the output

Is it this one?

If it is it really depends on what you want to power. If it's a couple of spot lamps (high current) the answer is no - you would have to use the regulator/rectifier to charge a battery. If it's an electronic device eg SIP speedo or GPS speedo (low current) probably yes. Still better to fit a battery, you can get some really small ones these days that are easy to fit in a small space, after all we don't have to power a starter motor on a Lammy.
