Petrol / 2 stroke oil mix

I can't find my measuring jug.....so I am gonna have to bodge a suitable receptacle.....
So therefore, if I am puttig 5 litres of fuel into a standard tank. How much two stroke oil do I have to add (based on a 4% mix) ?
