A lad i know has bought a 1952 amca vespa , their is no choke connected, it has a primer on top of the carb, it came with a long twisted chrome bar, theres an 8mm hole directly under the seat, can anyone tell me if it should have a choke and how should it connect to the lever and the carb, a pic or a link would be great,

That is the choke that should be under the seat,Retrospective scooters should be able to help or Allstyles scooters
