cut out

hi guys, my m8s px mallosi (166 standard carb sito plus exhaust) cut out on him while riding,he dipped the clutch and pulled in the scoot would not start again.
i have cleaned the carb all ok, its got good fuel delivery, visually checked the stator looks ok, it has a poor spark not the best ive seen so took his cdi off and put it on mine worked fine,checked cylinder head all ok, took carb off mixture getting onto crankcase ok took the green wire off still will not fire up , not the best compression either could it be the main oil seal? ANY IDEAS MUCH APPRECIATED.
