whats the exact difference between italian and indian legshields?

i know the holes for the badge are positioned differently and there is a small hole for a clip that holds the legshield beading on indian onesby the sharksteeth, but been told apparently on the indian leggies the beading comes off

whats the difference that makes it stay on italian ones?

It comes off on the Italian ones too thats why the Indians fitted the clip. I think its more to do with the new rubbers, put them in hot water when fitting them and when they go cold and hard it should hold them on.
