Started up scoot a few days ago and lights came on as normal. Stopped after short spin and noticed all lights were gone. headlight, backlight, breaklight and festoon bulb. Replaced headlight and then that blew straight away. Anyone any ideas what the problem might be?? My electric and mechanical knowledge is minimal to say the least.

Relatively new problem, bulbs didn't have that chrome effect just all blown. Still points to the regulator I guess.
