I am going to be building a GP street racer and wondered if anyone can recommend someone who could possibly come up with a paint design based on a theme I have in mind.

Also would it be normal practice to ask a few custom painters to come up with a design and price and pick the one you think is best value/design as per any other work you would have done. Don't want to waste anyones time but would like to have a choice of at least a couple of designs from different painters.

Where abouts are you based? No point me recomming someone in Sheffield if you're 300 miles away. Though if you're in shouting distance of Sheffield contact Jason Frost of Absoluety Scooters, he's done some cracking paint schemes over the years.
