Smiths Speedo, Screws Speedoface

Anyone got an idea where to buy a set of 4 screws to fasten the speedoface of an original Smiths Speedo?
I changed the speedo face from miles to kmh, this have 4 holes instead of 2.
I asked some local clockmakers- no chance.

try Tim Mason on the LCGB site he seems to be the expert on these Smiths Speedo
