Just as an update, fited mb springs & the clutch is way better so far topped out at 70,
have got a 46/19 set up sat in the shed to try in it, will be interesting to see how it goes with them hopefully should bring the revs down.

I'm still following this as I'm just rebuilding mine now with rapido 225...will try it out with 19/46...keep us posted
