Which piston???

I holed a piston in my stage 4 tuned 200cc iron barrel last year, and its about time I got around to getting it back on my bike again. What size rebore can I go too without pushing it too far, and what make of piston do you good folk reccomend? I'm running a delly 22mm with 42 clubman..
