If you read above I aint - I'm irritated by the lack of response, support and general grumpiness when you call in for orders. I surely can live without £40, but I do expect to be treated well when I'm concerned, or get some support when mailing in simple questions such as which screw in the kit received goes on the top and bottom respectively...raymondo wrote:Hi victor why are you blaming allstyles for your error you were advised to send your parcel back signed for but you never....Ray
Also for illegally deducting a 20% "handling" fee on returned items.

Now that all style scooters are "represented" on here could they explain why it costs more to send orders to customers than it is to return them back using the exact same delivery system? Also forum members could chip in here, how many people sent orders back without signature and the order didn't turn up at ASS. < just a law of averages question as surely as shite as royal mail are some must have turned up.

I have always had good service, parts and advice from them, both in person when I lived near there and now when I order stuff. It can be hectic in the shop but they have found time to come out to look at my scooter and offer advice but if it was busy I knew I needed to be patient. I have had replacement parts sent FOC for stuff damaged in transit with no questions asked but I was also there when they felt that they needed a sign in the shop that stated they were happy to exchange goods that were bought in error and still in original condition but not if you had tried to fit it, fettled it and then got your mate to bodge it and now you had changed your mind! There is such a thing as taking the p**s.
