I've got a brand new Mikeck Mk 6 exhaust in the garage and I'm thinking of fitting it to a tuned Lammy, can anyone tell me the characteristics of this exhaust please..?

Had it years and forgotten all about the spec...!

Cheers for that - I must admit it looks the dogs b***s and the welding is perfect.

Only thing is I'd like to get the main bracket braced up a bit + a bracket that would support the tail-can as it's unsupported as is... do you know anyone who could do that...?

If it's the fat muffler one they generally didn't have any support at the rear

that looks like a mk6 to me, i have a chrome one just the same with an avec boost valve thingy me bob. tried it on me imola kitted s3 , went realy well and sounded nice, only reason for removing was the fear of smashing off the avec valve as it hung realy low. cheers simon

Mine doesn't look like that, it's more of a Fresco style and is stamped Mk 6 & the date 10/84

Will post pics when I'm back home later in the week.

84 sounds early for the mk6

my favourite pipe of all time.
that one is stamped something 84, and i think has "MK.6" on it too...
will check next time it's off

that is a really old pic, i have since made a different bracket that fixes to the side casing studs, I don't like exhaust brackets on the rear damper mount, and the bottom of the panel was hitting it
