Round or pear shaped horncast grill?

Is there anyway I can tell what horncast my S2 was orginally meant to have? Its a 1960 model but someone's hacked the bottom off the horncast.

If the back light is the same as a series 1 then I think it's a round grill. The larger back light model has the pear shaped grill I think? I'm no expert tho and could be wrong.

I think a 1960 model would more than likely have had the pear shaped horn grill with the larger rear light.

Round grill ,its too early for the later pear shape style.

been reliably told s1 round grill not the same as series 2 .. any one able to clarifiy ??

yeah .. i much preffer the s1 type light .. the late series 2 look wrong i think
