Rapido Classic 225,TM 24,Ancillotti and 42mm Ramair jetting?

I've done 1/3 of the running in.
It's time to remove the old stock carb and go to the TM 24.
Any jetting advice for the main jet?
Rapido Classic 225,Mikuni TM 24 with 42mm Ramair remote filter, Sito Ancillotti.
