I noticed last night that my rear light/brake light was on and really bright.
Took the brake light off at the back to stop the battery draining.
Today I've been trying to figure out what it is.
With the ignition on, everything works as normal.
With the ignition off. The brake light starts off really low then just glows brighter. If I pull the brake lever from the headset the brake light is on as normal and when I let go, the light goes out, but starts to light up again.
If I press the brake pedal the brake light works, but doesn't go out. like it does from the lever.
This has started from nowhere.
Really baffled.
EDIT Disconnecting the wires from the front brake stops the problem. But I want the brake light working from the front as well as the rear.
Any ideas?

Sounds like the foot pedal switch - possibly full of salt and water. Disconnect and tape up those wires and see if it still misbehaves.

Cheers Martin.
Tried that and it didn't make any difference.
Ten minutes ago everything stopped working. Then it's started working even the rear brake issue was gone.
I must have dodgy wires somewhere.
