Kejj, you need to turn the rear sprocket so that all the slack in the bottom of the chain is taken up. Then, with the top tensioner just loose enough to slide up and down by hand, move it up against the chain and check that you have 5-6mm slack up and down movement between the front of the tensioner and the front sprocket. Once achieved, tighten up the tensioner securing bolts.
