Hi,

Could anybody tell me please the correct carb set up (jet sizes, slide etc) for a Dellorto SH2/22 for a stage 4 200 set up with Ancillotti clubman (sito not standard type) please?

had a look on smellofdeath web page which gave some info. for a 190cc with 22 and clubman which I guess is pretty close.

Cheers all

I am running this set up with an Indian KBA 'Clubman'
My jetting is as follows:
123 main jet
48 pilot jet (helps to stop the engine 'hunting for fuel' on overrun)
All through normal air box set up with fast flow filter from Camlam

I went to Ace Cafe last Sunday, engine ran sweet for 165 miles there and back at average 50mph. Plug beautiful med- dark brown.

It does however, run a little rich on short runs, but that suits me. :?: :?: :?: :?: :?:
NO IT'S NOT A F***IN* MOPED!!!!!!

its not really a stage 4, but similar - so you might have a solution

the 200 rapido race engine i rebuilt for a friend with a casa lambretta clubman and an italian SH1/22 with original airbox runs with 125/42 at the moment. sputters down low, but runs good and strong on more than 1/2 throttle. might be the long timing from the race porting/short piston or its still too fat on the pilot jet. will try without the airfilter to see if it´s an improvement. have not checked the mixture screw sofar, as it just about has stopped to snow around here 3 days ago.

or maybe its just the dirty, rusty, old and smelly gas in the tank? will have to change that as well it seems.

on the way home yesterday i dumped the filter and all of a sudden the engine runs nice and clean all the way from bottom up. now i just need to convert that to the carb setup with a filter.
