My frame struts are buckled out by 5mm I'd say on the kickstart side. Does anyone have /sell a tool / template to get them back in line?

you need to use your bodywork to line them up.and a straight edge right along all three struts.to be honest you can usually pull them by hand back in line if your talking about the rear one,the others need a special tool called a hammer

The drawings are very interesting, do you have a full set (side elevation as well) ? If so could you send me a set ? Thanks...
