210 Malossi PHBH 30 Jetting Advice Required

Hi- melted the piston on my streetracer so looking some advice on jetting set up for non reed PHBH30 - Being in Northern Ireland we have no rolling roads or tuning shops so looking to pick your brains.Thanks
