Replacement keys

I need to get some replacement keys for a toolbox and steering lock. I used to get them from Nigel Cox, who had the blanks etc. I have the lock numbers.
Has anyone taken over this service from him?????

Am I right in thinking that it's Jem Booth that repairs speedometers too?
