cast barrel tune

at mo running a stage 4 top end,rd rod,2mm packer,expansion pipe,30mm delly through panel,sean tuned just under 15bhp and running bootifull 
tempting fate,now what iv`e got is another stage 4 top end what's been seized so it will need a re bore which is no prob as a gent opposite my works will sort it for me,the question is to what size do i take it to,want to be able to put it on the existing bottom end or if need be got a 150 Indian casing which i could get altered also its only going to be pulling me up an down dale as the other one was pulling me and my son.225/230 don't know hope someone will put me on the right track
