TV175 S3 totally standard except for a 42mm Clubbie and the standard 20mm carb jetted for TV200. Rebored 1500 miles ago and has run perfectly since with no issues.

Took it for a ride round the block today, and did feel that it was slightly down on power. Approaching my house at low speed, the back wheel locked solid.

Plug is a perfect colour.

Will not kick over (i.e. the kick start is solid) but K/S will go to floor when clutch pulled in.

Positive its not a heat seize.

Any thoughts Gents before I start to strip it down?

Dropped ring?
Lost gudgeon pin circlip?

when can you pick it up?

Hi there,
Possible cold seizure? check barrel and piston and see if it's seized inline with the barrel studs.
Had a cast iron 175 do it last week.

could be anything from seize to piston skirt comming off or big end sieze or even something jamming the flywheel

Kickstart still working if your clutch is pulled in indicates that the gearbox is probably ok. This also points to something further up the drive train, Chain? Crank? Cylinder? Piston? or flywheel Take the plug out and try to turn the flywheel by hand.
