Lambretta px flywheel mod

Has anyone done this,for their racer or sprinter? I would like to know how to do it.I ve been told you need a lambretta pionts flywheel centre.Is there a lot of machining involved.

yes use a points flywheel boss, as the points boss has the keyway in a different position to the electronic ign boss in relation to the rivet holes ,then it will time up

i wouldnt put a px flywheel on a lammy there not really suitable for lightening or f@@k all else for that matter, i would however swap the lammy boss onto a pk flywheel, get it machined to 1.2-1.5kg, even a hp4 flywheel if its a genuine one, tho if your revving 9500+ it might s**t the fan off alot
are you doing this cos you got a lot of vespa ignitions or what ?

No sniffer its just a racing mod ive been shown,very light includes removing coils apart from ignition one.
