does anyone know if there are any oversize pistons available for a polini w/c "works" 50cc motor. the bore i have is a 40.2mm, and has a minor scratch from a spark plug falling apart. if anyone knows of a 41mm piston with a compression height of around 25mm with a 12mm pin, i would realy appreciate some info !!! thanx

i used this kit on my 50cc racer and have a few cylinders/kits knocking around,being a nicasyl bore then no oversizes are available only a b or c grades so it wouldnt be practical or cost effective to go oversize anyway as youd pay for a piston £55 a bore £20 a replate £120 then vat and postage etc would leave it costing u £200+ and may take u oversize and illegal for class

that would be greatfull if you could take a peek and see if you've got anything useable!!! is the d size a cylinder bore oversize or do you know what the a b c d referances are designating ??? it's not used for any sanctioned races....ha,ha...i use it for my 10 tear-olds entertainment !! we've got a couple acre moto-track for the neighborhood kids with their skateboards, bmxers,dirtbikes, 4-wheelers,etc.,etc., thanks jim
