If you look at your last query on this topic you'll see that both me and Soulsurfer think this will be OK

If you're unsure then the easiest thing to do is fit a 17 tooth front sprocket - you must have an 81 link chain with the gearing you're running now and it's probably worn enough. This is going to cost you about £25, less if you put a wanted add up on here and somebodies got one to sell.
If it still pulls really well with 47/17 then you can consider buying an 82 link chain and 18 tooth sprocket or leaving it as it is.

I run a 16/46 on mine - Li150 box.
TMX35 carb and Franspeed Race pipe.

Pulls like a steam train when in the power kicks in at 5000 rpm!

The closest you'll get to Jimmo's gearing is 47/18 with your pacemaker box. His will be doing 10.5 mph/1000rpm in 4th, yours 10.6mph/1000rpm.

Had a JL4 (until it split) on a TS1-225, cant remember what sprockets but had Li150 box and gave 4.6 final ratio. took a bit to get up to revs but when it did it pulled like a good un. will find you have to drop into 3rd if the revs die off. great fun tho.
