Fitting new wiring loom into a Vespa HELP!!

Hi Guys

Im after some help/advice on how to fit a new wiring loom into a vespa resto i am building, i bought a Vespa VBB in bits had it blasted and painted and i am now going to start the rebuild, but i have never fitted a new wiring loom into a Vespa!

I have fitted new wiring looms to Lammies but never a Vespa, can anyone that has tell me the best way to go about this?

Any tips advice would be grateful :wink:

Easiest way I have found is to thread a cable outer down the frame and an inner through the hole for the rear brake wiring into the under seat area then use duct tape to fasten the loom to the cables and gently feed and pull the loom through.A hooked piece of wire can then be used to hook the horn wires through the horn stem.Once the loom is up enough for the headset you can then feed it through to the rear light and engine.

lay it out on the floor at the side of the scoot work out whats going where then tape any loose wires up feed it down from the top get hand down frame where tank is feel for first wire then coax it through on a px only takes a couple of mins good luck
