no better way to explain this but my gp200 gear selection is .....well to easy !!?? to explain better it will if i let it easily slip through the gears without clutch,there is not "tightness" to the selection.....
so what is worn please?

The sliding dog or the spring between the balls in the layshaft has weakened probably.
