identify this Vespa....

took this pic of a Vespa leant up outside a bar near Arezzo in Tuscany.(well it wouldnt be on its stand would it) Anybody who knows anything about early scooters should be able to identify this,possibly the rarest scooter in the world?? still with its reg plate and back light lense. it took me over a minute to sweep my jaw back up off the floor.possibly the only time in my life i'll see one of these in the flesh.
