tried a banded strengthed corsa clutch from beedspeed but found it locked my engine up on my t5 polini 171. tried it 3 times but had to fit the old one back scooter fine anyone had this problem thanks ian :wtf:

i think you mean cosa clutch not corsa

As stated by MCH, the problem you've got is that your trying to fit a clutch from a small Vauxhall car.

Alternatively it could be that the clutch basket isn't machined deep enough to allow the plates to rotate freely when the clutch is pulled in. This is a very common fault with pattern clutches.
