I've been running one of the MB ones on a home ported Indian 225 for a while now, must have done around 2k miles on it including Ireland and back this year. It fots well and is quite short so with the right carb (PWK or Mikuni) you can get a breathin sweet filter on under 'slim style' panels. You do have to trim the barrel fins (3) to get it to fit though. No idea how it compares to the LTH one though, there was talk of the LTH one being universal between small and large blocks with 'slotted' holes requiring dowling in order to locate it accurately:? The MB one's are specific.
