Imola running out of steam.

Hi all, My Imola runs really well in 1st, 2nd and 3rd but put her in 4th and she dies. Its on 47/16 sprockets and an Italian LI 150 box, JL 3 / Franspeed pipe, Ducati light flywheel. The clutch is an AF 6 plate job and at £500 i don't really want to change that or the pipe. Are there any other sprocket / gearbox cominations i could try to improve the topend / rideability? Try a 100/80 x 10 tyre on the back first. This is like going down 1 tooth on the front sprocket. If it works you could go down to 15 tooth sprocket with a streched 80 chain and your 47 crownwheel. This gives you 5.3 : 1 instead of the 5.0 : 1 you are running now.
