in all cases yes - to what degree depends on the exhaust
SIP Expansion (left or right hand, performer, evo etc), Road (based on a standard pipe), Series Pro based on a sito etc

As people have said up-jet.... To what you ask..??
If sito type exhaust (standard looking upgrade exhaust), then a 118 main jet would be ok, try 120 first to be safe for a trail period, leave the rest of the carb settings as is (standard, ie, 160 corrector, BE3 atomisr, 55/160 pilot). This also works on a simoninni exhaust for reference...!!
For expansion pipes as follows:-
I've never had any problems with the following set-up on a few standard PX200 barrels I've have currently, and in the past, standard carb (24mm) with scootRS expansion, JL expansion pipes or B-race expansion pipe (dominator)..
122 main jet, 160 corrector (standard), BE3 atomiser (standard)... pilot wise I use 52/140, richer than the PX200 one slightly, cleans up the throttle response from low revs.. Mixture screw approx 2 1/2 turns out (don't get hung up on that, approx 2-3 turns out will be ok.)
Hope that helps a bit..

I put a 118 jet main jet in. I can't believe how well it runs from an exhaust that looks just a bit bigger then standard.
Any other feedback out there?

i would agree with the 120 going down to 119 for long fast riding. same as ive found with a sito plus.
ive got the road pipe on my polini and they both work great with 125 going down to 123 main.
great pipe.
