I'm about to fit a 152 kit and wondered if there's any tuning to give it a bit more.Comparing to a standard T5 barrel I noted the Polini transfers are a couple of degs lower and the exhaust 6 degs higher which I'm happy with.I have thinned the bridge and heightened the boost port and will widen and square off the ex port. What I also noticed is the piston is lower in the barrel at TDC so will spigot the head but am unsure as to how much to machine out of the combustion chamber to end up with a safe compression ratio. Also any jetting details would help with a Sito plus pipe ,Thanks
gaz powell was gonna put some jap piston in on, suzuki TS? with the wire rings on this, you could go wider on the exhaust port. he"ll be along soon to tell you.

just got the barrel so havent had chance to have a good look
waiting for suzuki ts185ern 64mm piston
bore the barrel then was only intending to clean up the ports (as polini are often a bit rough), make sure the casings and barrel match and shape and widen the exhaust - once piston arrives i see exactly were pegs are to see how far i can go
wasn`t intending doing anything else - nothing radical

Noticed on Worb 5 website he is doing a Polossi for the T5 polini cylinder and Malossi piston might be worth a look .
