TV 200 side panels

Can anybody tell me if there is any difference between early TV200 panels (not LI type) & special panels .
Would appreciate any help .

where the handle passes through the panel:-
Early TV200 panels (not LI type) had steel tubes welded into the handle mechanism area at the rear
Later TV200 panels did not have the tube- the handle shaft simply passed through panel work
Possibly the same for Special panels dependant on age
